The face-off times for the last match day of the Women’s Floorball Championship in Neuchatel on December 15 has been postponed because of TV broadcasts: the Bronze medal match will now take place at 1:30 p.m., and the Gold medal match at 4:30 p.m. Additional minor changes were also made to the match schedule.

Whoever has already noted the medal matches of the Women’s World Championship in Neuchatel in their diaries must make a correction. The Bronze and Gold medal match will start 90 minutes later than planned. TV issues are the reason for the postponement. For this reason, the match schedule will also be subject to changes in the coming months. There were also further changes made for the group matches on Monday (Dec. 9) and Tuesday (Dec. 10). Now, the first match will already take place in the morning. At 10:30 a.m. in the «Patinoires du Littoral» instead of at 12:00 p.m. in the «La Riveraine», Australia will be playing against Thailand on Tuesday and against Singapore on Wednesday. In addition, the two matches Germany vs. Finland (Dec. 9, 6:00 p.m.) and Sweden vs. Lithuania (Dec. 10 at 7:30 p.m.) will now be played in the «La Riveraine». «These changes has been made due to several requests made by TV. The IFF and the WFC 2019 organisers have secured that Women’s WFC matches will be shown in at least Czech Republic, Finland, Slovakia, Sweden and host nation Switzerland. There are still ongoing negotiations with a number of other broadcasting partners and due to this, the match schedule will most likely be subject to further changes in the coming months», IFF Secretary General, Mr. John Liljelund informs.
